Objective of the training: To equip participants with the knowledge and skill of resource mobilization that will enable them to engage in skillful and efficient resource mobilization assignments. 

Contents:

• Basic concepts of resource mobilization (concepts of RM, types of RM, challenges in RM, etc)
• Developing resource mobilization strategy (resource mobilization models, actual and potential donor mapping, etc)
• Resource mobilization implementation plan (resource mobilization approaches, resource management input output analysis, donor relationship management)
• Resource mobilization monitoring and evaluation
