In addition to the regular training programs, the center provides tailor-made training programs, consultancy and research services based on customers’ request. The center is providing humanitarian management consultancy services in following areas but not limited to:

• · Systems development for humanitarian services: the development of policies, strategies, procedures and manuals;
• · Research and strategic planning: developing integrated performance management system, strategic plan, conducting baseline surveys, process, terminal and impact research;
• · Service Provision: the delivery of services of training packages which could be carried out within the organization;
• · Process consulting for humanitarian services: the provision of advice and help in process redesign/improvement, organizational structure, change management etc.
